Shipping and Return

• Our shipping usually takes 1-2 days within the Gauteng regions depending on the area
• National shipping can take 2-3 days depending on the area.
• If you like to return our El-estilo shoes you must notify us within 5 days of receiving your order.
• Shoes must be in its original condition unused, undamaged condition with its original packaging box.
• Items will only be exchanged upon receiving.
• Worn or used items will not be exchanged.

*NB:For returns please use a courier that provides tracking for the items, alternatively we could arrange a pickup at clients cost.
*Re-shipping of items will incur courier costs at the clients expense unless defective or incorrect order shipped.
